RAD (UK) - Read And Destroy 1987

Published between 1987 and 1993 R.A.D evolved out of BMX Action Bike.  RAD quickly established itself as (arguably) the main UK Skateboard magazine of the late 80's early 90's under the editorship of Tim Leighton-Boyce. RAD moved to a new publisher and the core team produced Phat which ran for 3 issues before being pulled off the shelves. RAD was later swallowed up as part of Sidewalk Magazine.
